Set a 20-minute timer

This page opens with a 20-minute countdown already loaded — press Start and the timer runs in this tab. 20 minutes is a common interval for focus sessions, quick breaks, cooking steps, and short workouts. When the countdown finishes, a gentle chime plays and the page switches to a completion state so you can reflect and start another interval.

How the timer works

The countdown is computed in your browser with a deadline-based engine, so pausing and resuming keeps the remaining time accurate. The page never sends your timer data anywhere. Like all BoringToolsKit tools, there is no account and no tracking.
