How these travel tools work
Jet-lag estimation shifts your schedule by roughly one time zone per day using published adaptation guidance; luggage volume uses airline-checked and carry-on dimension limits; packing math counts items against bag capacity; clothing-size tools convert between regional size systems using standard mapping tables.
Each tool states its assumption set. The jet-lag model in particular is a planning heuristic, not physiology: individual adaptation varies widely with chronotype and light exposure.
Choosing a tool
Before booking, use the time-zone and jet-lag tools to plan arrival timing. Before packing, use the luggage and bag-volume tools against your airline's published limits, since those limits are the numbers that actually cost money at the gate.
Honest limits
Airline allowances change and vary by fare class; always check the specific ticket. Size conversions assume standard mapping and cannot know a brand's vanity sizing. The tools handle the fixed math; the variable parts are flagged rather than guessed.
